I get A LOT of phone calls. Sometimes people are genuinely interested in working with me, but sometimes... they're just window shopping. The downside is these calls take away from time I could be spending working with dedicated dog parents who are serious about fixing their problems and addressing their dogs issues. To give more time back to you, the dedicated owner, I now charge a $150 initial phone consultation fee. At the end of the call, when you book our appointment together, I'll apply the fee to your session. It's a way for you to get to know me, and for me to get to know what's going on with your dog so I can maximize our in-person appointment time together. The fee is non-refundable, but I'll give you as much of my time as you need, whether its 5 minutes or an hour. It's a downpayment on changing your dog's life.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MY SERVICE AREA IS MOST OF ORANGE COUNTY, CA. There are many problems that can be solved, (even many inside behavioral problems), by you meeting with me outside the Costa Mesa Dog Park off 405 & 55. And almost all outside behavioral issues can be addressed there as well.
